The Psynard Egg can be obtained as a drop from the flaming bird enemies in the Sanctuary. Once you obtain the egg, deliver it to the owner of the Flora/Fauna Laboratory in Centropolis. He will give you Recipe Memo 30 which you will need to return to the Calnus to create. Create the Growth Stimulant Ampule and return to the Flora/Fauna Laboratory and give it to the owner and he will give you the Psynard Chick. Return to the Sacred Gem of Love and turn in the quest to complete it.
Note: If you improve the Skill “Ornithology” you can increase the chances of the Psynard Egg dropping.
