Weapons and armor can be strengthened at the Gion Blacksmith. This requires certain materials which can be obtained via enemis or dungeon Collection Points.
By using materials to strengthen weapons, it will raise its attributes. Depending on the type, the maximum limit to strengthening an equipment will differ.
