The following is a complete list of all the archives that can be found throughout the game. By collecting all of the archives below you will be awarded the trophy “Knowledge Seeker”
There are only two archives that can be missed by failing to pick them up as they are in dungeons that can only be visited once. The two that can be missed are labeled with a ** after their name. The only other way you can miss an archive is by failing to do a sub-quest timely that is a prerequisite to getting that archive to appear.
Archives do persist in to New Game + and can easily be finished on a second playthrough if you miss any.
